I wouldn't bother, any parent would say no. That's jailtime, having a plant in most places. You sound really young...if you still care about it when you move out and live on your own, then you can reconsider it. You should be fortunate to be living under your mother's roof. I know this is still open 'for the lulz' but seriously, this thread is self serving and pointless.
