Bench Press till failure.
Military Press till failure
Bicep curls till failure
Dips till failure
and Lat Pull Downs till failure
Also stationary bike for an hour.
Did Starting Strength B.
Not a very good workout. It happens though. Starting to plateau on my press.
Going to have to start researching what to do next.
