How did you get off your butt today?

chest, shoulders and triceps today.

good things about this new gym, it's a small chain. this means theres a gym 20 min drive from my home now that i have two weeks off from work.
 
Went on a once in a lifetime walkabout. 47.32kms. 7:36. No music. No audiobooks. Just the sound of my feet and the surroundings.

yesterday: ~20km bike ride

tonight: ~8km bike ride, ~3km walk

that is a crazy walk and pretty hilly too hey. i used to live in hunters hill for a while

thurs - 5km dog walk + 6 x 25 push ups
fri - 3km dog walk + 7 x 25 push ups
sat - 5 km dog walk + 8 x 25 push ups
 
biked to my summer workplace to time the commute out there. wound up doing a bunch of cliff jumping with a group of cool cats who shared their beer and cigarettes with me. i was worried that the park was gonna be deserted, but it was actually the best afternoon i've had in months at least! got a ton of really good exercise all in the name of fun.
