I took a month off from the gym. I couldn't wake up in time and was generally lazy. Plus I was worried about breathing problems I was having. Turns out my lungs are actually far better than perfect. Like, Olympic swimmer perfect. This despite smoking two packs a day for the past 5 years, and roughly at least a pack a day for the past 10.
But I got my ass back there.

Just need to keep it up, get the squats/lunges in on Weds, shoulders in at some point during the week, and arm day for the weekend. And I'll be back to looking all swole in no time.
