Got off to the gym, did 3km walk and 4 km run. Did 10 laps in the pool. Did 12 minutes in the steam room. Feeling great afterwards, man i love natural endorphins...so relaxed

2.1 mile hike with the dog which is all I felt like doing. Something is wrong with the muscle(s) in my left groin area. It hurt after my run last Monday and again yesterday. Not during running though. I have a run planned Monday and Tuesday night. 10K trail race Saturday so I took it easy.

I offer full body massages for select individuals if either of you guys are still hurting

Did my usual gymless back routine today

Was finally able to go back to the gym today (hadn't been in about a week) which really felt good - 20mn exercise bike, 20mn rowing machine, 10mn stairclimber, 20mn weights/push-ups/sit-ups/various arm machines, and stretches.

Fucking lacking in energy today but forced myself to the gym; 3km walk, 3km run and steam room 10 mins. Still feel better than i did before though.

SHIT!!!! I drank a "redline" energy drink before my workout today, NEVER FUCKING AGAIN. My stomach is being torn to shreds, I have no appetite, and I feel like I am going to puke. How do people actually like these things?

I used to drink energy drinks a lot but they really arent that great for you. It's better to just eat a decent meal about 40 mins- 1 hour before you work out. The safest way to gain more energy is to just build muscle really, but that takes time.

^^I do have pretty good muscle/strength and I drink coffee and monsters all the time, but something about this redline fucked my shit up. I'm so pissed my appetite is gone and I am extremely naseous.

look on the ingredients list it could have been too much of a certain vitamin in combination with something else you ate that also had a lot of that vitamin.

I took a multivitamin one time and forgot about it and drank a 5-hour energy like a half hour later and felt jittery for the rest of the day so dont believe the hype

the run two days ago gave me day long energy yesterday. i felt on top of the world and despite my muscles being a bit sore i wanted to run everywhere. it was so intense i actually had a bit of difficulty getting to sleep, which hasn't happened to me in many years. these days i'm out like a light in minutes.

Not much, I walked around campus a lot and then when I got home I walked around my area and did some errands, I'm about to do some squats when I'm done eating though :)

Biked.
Hyper-extensions.
Bent rows.
Deadlifts.
Lat pulldowns.

I'm starting to max out the weights in the woman's section separate from the main weight room.

3km walk, 3km run.

Just realised its Orientation Week at Uni and I'll be back in a week. Shiiiiiit. Not only will I have to get off my ass every day but i'll have to stomach final year engineering subjects :|
