fuck cardio lol. I'm gonna need a double wide casket for the muscles I'm gonna die with. :P
spent my morning fast walking through downtown st Louis to get to treatment on time since the metro schedules all changed :/

I used to live on grand and central in downtown st. Louis. East St. Louis is freakin crazy!
 
4.75 mile trail race at 8am in 2C weather.
34th out of 97 runners
SECOND in age group 30-39 I missed first place by a fuckin minute.
44:16.8 9:19/M

FAK! I knew it wasn't my best run. I didn't really push myself on the last 2 miles.
 
very hilly hikes on saturday and sunday, each approx 5-6 miles. nothing too major, but it put me in excellent spirits so I consider it successful :)
 
3 sets of 10 for each exercise:

Iso squat bent over row (10lbs)
Pike crunch (1 set 5 lbs, 2 sets 3lbs)
Plank row (10lbs)
Prone cobra (3 lbs)
shoulder combo (forward raise/lateral raise 8 lbs)
 
Started working out for the first time in a long time today. Did 30 minutes on the elliptical trainer then did some push-ups and crunches. Felt good to finally get off my ass and work towards getting back in shape.
 
before breakfast - having trouble with the exercise routine but I will SMASH it in the next week, then I will post my own sequence Tab - this one is so great for the morning to wake you up, if you can't do sul salutations.

30 star jumps
25 knees-to-chest jumps
5 closed-fist push ups
7 squats
7 burpees
5 wide push ups
25 knees-to-chests
30 star jumps
1min wall sit
5 diamond push ups

First Kundalini yoga session this evening mmm...not sure yet if it constitutes exercise.
