How did you get off your butt today?

A little bit of yoga in the morning i wantto get back into doing it everyday i feel so much better after.
 
3.2 mile leisurely hike with my husband n dog. He rarely comes with me so this was a treat. I hope he makes a habit of it Sunday mornings. I would forfeit running for him.
 
~10min static stretching and 30min yoga. Prolly do some more later.

been well over a week since biking or swimming. Have done a couple 1mile jogs, VERY light pace with breaks. injury sucks :|
/be wary of overtraining!!!!
 
Couldn't find the pushup thread haha so ima put it here just done finished a nice workout of 430 pushups
 
Yeah man it seems like a lot but I do them like this. Every minute do 10 for 10 mins so that's a buck right there. 5 min break and then do another 100 break same over. Build endurance and I'm planning on enlisting so I'm trynna atleast ace the pushup and situp part of the army physical. Now runnin I suck at that and need some work haha
 
woke up, ate a nice nutritionally balanced meal, helped my dad shingle the shed and washed my pickup truck and cleaned the Windows. chores aren't so bad sometimes.
 
15km walk on a whim. Set off around sunset so used my headtorch for most of it. Got a bit lost once or twice, but good fun. There is a 40km walk I am planning on doing but I never wake up early enough to do it all before sunset. I don't mind walking in darkness, but if I'm walking that far I'd prefer to get it over and done with in the day.
 
damn that's a lotta walking!!

did two miles today (in (2) 1mile spurts), about half lightly jogged and half walked. tried pushups but that wasn't happening..
 
^YOU are keeping yourself down not the drugs :) Make healthier choices.

Curtsy lunges with bicep curls
Dead lifts to calf raises
Forward lunge with overhead extensions
Hammer curls

3 sets of 10 of each exercise with 10lb weights. 5 dumbbell push ups after each exercise. The last setI did 30 jumping jacks after each followed by 10 pushups. Ended with a 1 minute plank
