^how's trucking been suiting ya so far?

Trucking's been trucking. This weekend was stressful and emotionally difficult; there was a conflict of interests in me trying to get back home versus my trainer wanting more miles. Other than that, I really enjoy the job and can't wait to move up the charts and start making more.

I think I went for a walk yesterday. Meh, I haven't been logging anything, as I'm just excited to be able to move freely!
 
back from sickness.

5km dog walk + 8 x push ups + 80 sit ups.

I can't wait until I have a dog to take on runs/walks/hikes with me.

1.25 mile run, my shins are hurting again. Boo.

Bench press. All the benches upstairs were taken so I finally ventured into the weight room. There's a giant, like 12'x10' picture of an old lady holding pink dumbbells, I'm not sure how motivating that is to the guys whose arms are as large as my leg. But hey, who knows.
 
I can breathe out of one nostril and about 1/2 capacity of the other so back to the grind.
Here is a new routine for me:

30 jumping jacks
5 push ups
25 high knees
7 burpees
10 crunches
7 squats
5 push ups
10 crunches
5 push ups
7 squats
30 jumping jacks
1 1 minute wall sit
5 push ups
25 high knees

3 sets with 2-5 minute rest in between. I was multi-tasking...ironed my clothes, made my lunch, and perused facebook)
Each set took about 6-7 minutes.

Oh and I haven't been off my ass in over a week. Am walking better nao but still cannot really hold shit w/ my right hand, have to use my left for *everything*(yes, even that :| it's incredible how much longer it takes when you gotta use a different hand LoL ;p )
 
among many other things which is why I am also doing a 4 mile trail run too
it is so nice out and I need to advantage of the sunlight
 
Bout to get up (still layin in bed haha) and have to move some big ass rocks (idk there like 100 to 125 lbs ea) from backyard to neighbors backyard to help make patio. Doin this to cover rent so ill get in a nice workout but those motherfuckers are heavy!!
 
Took the last two days off. Gnarly doms after squats/lower body on Wednesday.

Hammer curls
Bicep curls
Lat pull dows

the first time I pretty much walked back up the mountain wheezing like a motha. This time I ran most of it back to the car.
