^haha will do after the last day I promise ;)

gym again today plus day 16 or of bum challenge and my legs hurt but hey no pain no gain right?:D
 
Hiya Maya - what's butt challenge please? Is it a programme you made up or is it a DVD (if DVD I'd like to purchase it).

Yestrday I did an hours of lower body workout with 2.5Ib ankle weights consisting is squats - narrow, medium n wide squat, 1 legged squats, knee up squats, squat kicks, squat leg raises, lunges, pelvis tilts, ab crunches, leg sweep etc x (part of extras from slim in 6 series) xxx

i lost my earphones for my iphone a few days ago, found a positive out of it though, i can run with my dog instead of walking with it!!!

i love watching her get exhausted, its a rush running with a dog really, 15 mins today :)
 
Day 19 bum challenge and day 2 beach body challenge wish me luck coz im gettin sore lols
