How did you get off your butt today V.2

I ended up biking quite a bit today (15 miles round trip to WinCo and the local egg farm) and I'm going to bike some more up to the track (~13 miles round trip) to go for a mile run.
 
Well I woke up early cus I thought I worked a morning shift, got all ready then thought "maybe I should call to see what time I work" cus I wasn't a 100% sure. Turns out I didn't have to be there til 5pm , hella stoked! So I got a good 30min workout followed by hours of video games and youtube lol then work.
 
day 21 of the arm challenge tonight is going to be interesting, considering the drinking i'll be doing after work tonight.
 
I walked around the store trying to find a fan, and ended up with some fatty boy cakes and creatine as well. I'm going to ride 15 miles and lift later on tonight.

Gym cardio weights crunches. I gotta work hard coz I'm going on vacay in a few days!

planned on adding the first 5 poses of primary, but i'll do that tomorrow. jeez, today was even more challenging than yesterday. my shoulder is still sore from monday's car accident.

i also ran a mile at a pretty good clip (no timer but it felt like ~6-6:30minute mile pace) yesterday evening and will do the same this evening
 
Last day before my vacay so I gotta work extra extra hard today before I indulge myself in so much food! Gym full workout of everything!

day 23 of arm challenge I was too busy drinking martinis with friends after work that I did not get to it yesterday and day 24 is rest so it works out
