its not just doing drugs, its the type of people you get involved with because of them. thats only one of the reasons you cant compare cocaine to cigarettes. in fact, even trying to compare is fucking ridiculous and is something i would expect to hear from a cokehead.
technical user, im pleased to here you are strong minded and have done so well for yourself. and yes, its much simpler to maintain a drug habit once you have a high income.
um, but im pretty young and all my drug assosiates are almost all fuck ups. dope fiends, paranoid shizophrenics or even just bums... the usual shit.
some people actually get in too deep and it gets harder to turn back for whatever reason.
and yea i dont know what it is with coke and girls, i bet cristinas pimp knows that as well.
and coke goes from being a social enhancer to the total opposite cause like someone said, you cant put the straw, pipe or even the fucking needle away. and it starts to show.. usually within the year... maybe 2 depending on the person.
if you want to use it for a prolounged period then coke is for occasions, i dont give a fuck if robert downey jr has been doing it on screen for however many years.

Maybe your drug associates Alleyez. In fact this isn't really surprising as everyone sufficently high up the drug chain is using illegal activities as their primary source of information. We have a coke user as president and I don't doubt that some of that sucpiscious white powder they were finding in the house restrooms that wasn't anthrax was something interesting. Drug users designed your computer (gates, jobs etc.. I believe are all admited psychedelic users) wrote your software, taught your classes. *We* are running the country....if only we wouldn't be so hypocritical as to throw poor junkies in jail.
Anyway there wasn't much harm reduction in this thread because no one asked about fucking harm reduction. Someone said they snorted some coke and had a bad weekend. They seem well aware of the risks of psychological dependence, this was why they made the post no? Thanks for pointing that out to us...can you in fact think of anything that can't cause psychological addiction? The term is so overbroad as to be essentially meaningless.
Can coke cause paranoia. Yes, stimulants will induce a state which is indistinguishable from paranoid/skizophrenia after protracted use. If she starts doing coke all the time we can talk about that danger. Just for your info this state will fade after a couple weeks for coke but can take a couple months for meth use.
As for your great internet information you snorting is not the only means of coke absorbtion. You can eat it...any damage to tissue here? I am unaware with any gum problems with the natives who chew the plant. Shooting it (while having all the common problems with injection) seems to cause no coke specific issues (i.e. if you are shooting correctly your eins aren't any particularly worse off than they would be with water). If you had an IV shunt for some illness you could probably add pure cocaineHCL without any detrimental effect on the veins.
Yes it causes heart damage. Long detailed thread in health Q&A about this which will tell you everything you need to know. Luckily it seems to cause little neurotoxicity....probably some excitotoxicity at the really high doses...but much better than meth or e on this account.
Thus while I certainly agree it, like most drugs, is best kept to an occasional recreational event if you have the money/supply it is a better addiction than most. Robert Downey keeps snorting coke but I don't know of any actors who have extensive meth usage.
Finally when will you stupid people quit shouting about us not providing 'harm reduction.' Harm reduction is an approach to drug education *at odds with* abstinence education. It is charachterized by truthful *unbiased* information not cleverly biased presentations of true facts designed to only discourage use.
