How could I repair myself after a hectic long weekend?

So, with the past weekend being may 24, I indulged in several substances.

I'll try and break it down for ya here.

From Friday night until Monday I consumed:
- got drunk (only drunk) one night
- 0.5g coke total (0.1g of which was BOMBS best I've ever seen anywhere)
- 10mg Hydromorphone (with 75mg DXM to potentiate)
- 4 Percocet (5mg)
- 60mg Codeine
- 100mg Meth
- 40mg XR Adderall
- decent amount of weed

Obviously, not all in the same night (however, after the 10mg Hydromorphone high was ending I copped the meth)

I've also had Valium throughout the days to help comedowns/sleep, etc.

So, what I was wondering was... What could I do to get my health back up? What vitamins or antioxidants etc.?

I feel like that was a pretty damaging weekend. Been going through rough times. Gotta suck it up and smarten up.

I'm a massive fan of beetroot after a bender, it's just wicked for body and mind... google it. The benefits are astounding

I ate relatively normally. Except for maybe one day I didn't eat too much.

But thanks for the responses guys. And I'll be sure to look into beetroot.

Rehydrate, good nutrition (proper meals, carbs, protein, vitamins etc), rest, gentle exercise.. sex always makes me feel better, not sure if it is actually helping repair anything or not though ;)

Some people swear by various supplements; personally, good diet and a multivit is as far as I go. You can't cheat the crash, unfortunately, so just be kind to your body and give yourself time to recover before retoxing :)

Rest rest rest and more rest. It all depends on your specific feelings and how your mental state is. You seem pretty happy so I'd guess rest and laying off the drugs for a little bit will help you the most. Plus it'll lower your tolerance ;)

i'd pretty much just lay in bed, cry, cry some more

lots of sleep helps me recover (and stops me from crying because i think everything sucks)
*i don't actually cry, pardon my stupid humor

then realize life isnt that bad, take some vitamins get outside, walk around plenty of fluids and good nutritional food, no drugs or if i've taken super high doses titrate a really low dose to stop the withdrawal effects but literally locking up whatever i have left away if i do because i'll just be inclined to take it.

enjoy the sunshine and beauty of life =D

Hey stupid humour is my shit, no worries, haha! Thanks for the tips. I did rest a lot and eat healthily. I googled intensively for information on which vitamins/supplements are best for neurotoxicity prevention/repair. So I think I have a good system going now! As well as physically, exercising, protein, the works... I think it's all preparing me for my next "safe" bender, haha.

Hahahaha, ya I am generally happy. I did have one day toward the end of last week where I just did not want to do anything but lay in bed. But I've been fine since. Thank you, fellow Canadian!

Forget about vitamins, you need either more drugs or more time, thats about it.

Anything to back that up...ie. a shred of logic or evidence?

hahahahahaah, really though... confused me a bit. gave that post a good head cock :\:?8) hahaha.
