How come food tastes like shit when coming down ?

Been on some RC's for a few days and when it comes time to eat again nothing tastes like it's supposed to even water! My curry pot noodle is like eating cardboard that's 1000 years old normally they are very nice

I don't think that's uncommon. However, I don't think there much you can do about it until it passes.
