Opioids How can you tell if it's safe to fall asleep?

That xanex dose is very low, I think you'll be okay. You're very tolerant to oxy, so truly, I don't think 1/3 of your dose is going to be enough. Best to be safe, so yeah give it a bash!

I figured you can always add to the dose if you don't take enough but you can never reduce the dose once you've taken too much. I'd rather take a dose I know for a fact will be too low for me so I can gradually add to it in slow increments until I find the dose best suited to me.

I'm sure someone can answer that question, tho! I'd be careful, as according to the documents it is indeed similar in strength to the xannies. Easy to black out!

Anyone have thoughts on this?

Etizolam requires a much larger dose than Xanax. 2mg to gain any effects what so ever! 4 or 5 mg if you want a buzz off them really. Xanax needs about half to gain similar effects, although Xanax is a far superior benzo. Maybe due to the fact Etizolam isn't a real benzo though.
 
Id start lower with the etiz then the previous poster suggested oxy_8. If your benzo tolerance is low then id start at 0.5mg and work up from there, especially if your using strong opiates at the same time. Etizolam has a decent half-life so its not really a waste if you re-dose after a couple of hours.
Ive heard somewhere that if your taking a benzo then you should only take 2/3 of your normal opiate dose but i usually drop down to half my normal dose.
The only exception i have to this is zopiclone as it seems a bit safer OD-wise then the classic benzos but YMMV.
Although, the rule of you can put more in but cant take it out (as you already said above.lol) is a good one to live by.

I discovered House last year and went on to buy every series on dvd.
Best purchases ive ever made for the hours of entertainment they gave me.
Although funnily enough, my fav series was 6 when hes off the vicodin.
