Recovery How can I reduce anhedonia and increase energy post H withdrawal?

I'm now 17 days Heroin free. Feel much better and more energised however by mid afternoon I flag.
Also while more alive still lack the highs of life.
I get exercise daily cycling and walking.
I know it takes time

What else can I do such as Dopamine increasing supplements.

If a thread for this exeists could someone link me

So following some research about increasing dopamine levels seems https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tyrosine is a thing.
Available as a supplement and in foods like Chicken, Fish, Bananas, Avocado, Almonds Dairy stuff and pumkin seeds
ordered some Tyrosol and will eat those foods. See how that goes
