the very first time i had K it was a 1/2g of small, clear crystals like rock salt. when cooking k over boiling water i can get flakes, and by air drying it i can get very small crystals but they get crushed when i scape the pan. how can i make bigger crystals of K?

I find that when I let K air dry, it forms the chunkier crystals. But when I blow dry it with a hair dryer, I get smaller crystals. Try pouring the K onto a plate and letting it air dry.

Hmmm..maybe using a higher volume would make a difference. Try using the whole 10ml or more. And scrape carefully with a really sharp razor blade. I've gotten pretty good size chunks with the plate/air dry method.

I'm wondering why you would want large crystals when the smaller the crystals are the greater potential there is for rapid absorbsion and therefore a more intense rush.

I agree, why on earth do you want bigger crystals? the more fluffy the k, the more surface area, the better the absorption.
Then again, I firmly believe K up the nose is wasted K. IM it once and you'll never look back again.

I think he wants some KETACRACK or CRACKAMINE

There is no point to this though except the novelty of it, if you really want a k rock pour the solution with like 4-5 grams worth in it (more than a vial) into a test tube or something narrow and let it evap, it will be pretty hard when your done, and you can chip it out into krack rocks.
no point though you cant smoke it i dont believe, even if you can its not efficient
