Stimulants How can I look better after crashing from amps?

drink massive amounts of water all the time everyday before, during and after you get high, espically during, it may be hard but make yourself do it, and of course eating and sleeping also help to.make water your best friend!
 
Makeup and a mild opiate. I personally don't put my body and mind through that anymore though. Oh and you gotta counter the opiate with some sort of medium strength stimulant such as caffeine mixed with a bit of ephedrine. Please watch how much and how often you do amp binges though cause you are risking such fun things as neurotoxicity and mania.

I would look into nootropics such as piracetam to reduce your need for studying if I were you (well thats what I did in college.) Finally, when you go on these binges, you brain will thank you if you start a fish oil regimen, it reduces inflammation caused by staying up for long periods of time. Best of luck.
 
to answer the question in the title of this thread..
take some benzos and get about an hour of sleep, you should wake up refreshed and feeling better.. next is take a multi vitamin with a bowl of cereal and then take a hot shower and you should feel good as new. (for a few hours at least)

Sorry if someone else already mentioned this stuff, i didn't read the whole thread.. just skimmed it.

Lots of good advise here.

Drink lots of fluids while you're on it. I find the only thing appetizing the next day is a fruit smoothie. A benzo or opiate is key to getting the mind right the next day.

Take a nice long hot shower, shave, brush teeth floss. put some nice clothes on. use lotion for your face. I find the hardest thing to hide is the black circles under eyes. Luckily, I wear glasses which helps.
 
iv only done it a few times but in my experience i try to eat some greasy food and drink some vodka and fresh orange juices for the vitamins the greasy food just seems to taste good at 4in the morning out the microwave also yogurts are suprisingly easy to eat
