How bad is light to moderate cigarette smoking for your health?

I know that even smoking 1 cigarette is not good for you, but realistically, how bad is smoking 3-4 cigarettes a day? Sometimes I will smoke none, sometimes I smoke up to 6-7. If I continue this am I likely to get cancer or a bad disease down the road?

Start VAPING!!!!!! Come on, cigarettes are nasty and horrible for you, there's a new way to get nicotine and it's sooo good. E cigs have come a LONG way! After smoking a pack a day for 10 years, i easily switched to vaping thanks to the new high quality e cig equipment available and intuitive nicotine juice flavors.

E-cigs are great :) Havent smoked actual cigarettes in over 3 months and don't think I ever will again.

One has to wonder how healthy vaping Vegetable Glycerin & whatever the hell they use for the flavoring is. Still im sure its definitely far less damaging to your health than pyrolyzing the 1000s of chemicals found in the average cigarette.

Can someone point out a good e-cigarette brand and model? I have tried disposable blu ones and NJOY ones, but they aren't strong enough for me and don't last as long as a pack of cigarettes would. Plus they cost more than a pack of cigarettes.

You have to invest in a decent non-disposable device then buy a few jugs of e-liquid. The disposable one can be refilled usually as well but have very low battery life and liquid reservoir. 16 to 40mg per millilitre is a good strength. You may be duped into buying one without nicotine unless you check the nicotine levels. Order online, they don't sell the nicotine containing liquid in Canada but you can still order it.

Do E-cigs have about the same nicotine amounts as cigarettes?

They do, some even have more if you're the kind of person that is used to a lot of nicotine or less if you're a light/menthol smoker. When you're buying e-liquid (online or in person) pay attention to the strength. There's 0mg strength which is nicotine-free and it goes up from there. I believe 10-12mg is an average cigarette and I stick with 8mg since my body is not used to a whole lot of nicotine. If you know any e-liquid vendors near you, pay them a visit; try out different strengths and flavors till you find what works for you. If you don't have any physical vendors near you, some online vendors sell little "sample packs" so you get a ton of flavors for little money. Great way to try it before you buy it. :)

^ What shops do you hit up in Central FL for e-liquids? I used to work at a Vape shop in Kissimmee.

Yup I got that effect after switching to an e-cig for a while and then trying a cig out again. Gross.

There's one called eSmoker or something like that in downtown Orlando, went there once but the staff didn't seem too friendly. Lately I've just been going to one in Winter Garden, I forget what it's called but since that's my side of town it's a lot easier. I noticed that 7-eleven has some e-liquid, been thinking about giving that a shot since it's like $4 haha.

I lost my vaporizer a week ago and have yet to replace it and now I can't believe how horribly rancid cigarettes taste.

I had one not that long ago and it was the nastiest thing ever. I forgot what it was like to be self-conscious about the smell of my clothes! By the way, I have to wait 3 hours to reply to PMs because I'm a greenlighter. :|

I like going to Esmoker because they have Flavorz by Joe which are delicious. I don't really go anywhere for hardware anymore because I rebuild everything. I go to the Esmoker on Orange Ave. I'm not sure if you go to that one. I've never noticed the employees being overly cool or overly lame. I usually nerd out with them for a minute or so because e-cigs turned into a hobby after selling them for a year.
Are you in Winter Garden? I'm in Poinciana/Kissimmee.

Pretty hard to say... There's people that have been smoking since they were 13 that live to a pretty old age, then there's people that have smoked way less than that and end up dying of cancer. I think a few factors come into play, but either way none of it is good for you.

Yeah I've been to the one off orange and didn't come off too impressed. The one in Winter Garden blows it out of the water! It's like 10 minutes from my house. Wish I could remember the name of it, it's off colonial.
