Noone really knows how bad E is for you... it reacts different to everyone. It's only been around what, 30-40 years max? We know very little about long term effects
What we do know is that the serotonin in the brain needs time to rebuild.. 90 days is reccomended.. everything is one.. if you let time pass MDMA will keep its novelty, if you abuse its gonna be cool, but not super awesome like it should be
