Harm Reduction How bad is APAP really?

Cant wait for the day they announce that hydrocontin is coming out..............:)..........I will gladly take an 80mg hydrocontin.

Food & water is a must when taking alot of apap or you will suffer stomach aches. I know alot of people out there like to take vicodin w/o any food in their stomach for the better high but I just dont see it risking your liver & health.
