@Erikmen Got through a doctor's appt. & directed it the way I wanted.
No BS just referral to surgeon I wanted to see.Who specializes in what I need a specialist for.
Should just be a quick talk with the surgeon & he'll do a test.
Shoot some dye up there & see results basically.
Depending on results should hopefully be off to surgery I'm looking for if they find what I expect.
If they find other results I'd be surprised but regardless surgeon specializes in my problem.

A Urethral Stricture so regardless he can deal with the issue if results are different than I expect.
Hopefully it's gone but very unlikely expecting that I still have 1 right before bladder.
Hoping he can do a Endoscopic Internal Urethrotomy, basically vaporize it with a laser.
Seems like least painful way & most easily healed way to deal with the issue.
Just happy I got things moving so fast.
Normally have to go through multiple doctors & referrals.
I managed to avoid all that & get referred straight to him.
Should save me a lot of hassle & suffering as still in dual w/d's & to get to appts. is 3 hours 1 way.

I can't drive so always need a ride & due to GI issues it's very unpleasant.
Also due to above can't urinate in public.
Hoping it's not psychological & that it's just due to the above issue.
Regardless I'll be glad if it's corrected if needed.
Pretty damn positive as you may have seen in other threads had month long hospital stay;
& was catheterized 4-6 times daily which normally breaks it up if catheter protocol would work.

At last appt. was catheterized yet again & the nurse doing so said they felt like they hit a tight;
point & said in there opinion that I still have stricture.
So I guess that sums up why I felt accomplished.
As with dual w/d's haven't gotten anything done in quite a long time.

Also have been working on my health issues for entire life, but major issues to point of being; housebound/pending disability hearing results, so hoping that is also a positive.
Perhaps then I'd actually feel a bit happy for once.
Not really even sure what that feels like anymore not sure I'd recognize it if it did occur. :\
Regardless I have like 1-3 appts. per week at this place with lots of different specialists.
Who as far as I'm aware are of a much higher caliber & more knowledgeable than those;
in my rural area. As I've seen specialists for years with 0 results or answers.

Thus it makes the horrible drive & time spent worthwhile if I end up getting answers to;
even some of my physical issues. Hoping all of them or at least an improvement.
As I've been looking for answers all my life & really looking last 6+ years as have been basically;
crippled for that period & unable to participate in life.
Thanks a lot for taking an interest though.
You seem to do so in this thread & others for multiple people it's greatly appreciated.
My apologies to others in thread in retrospect probably should have PM'd this.
But I guess it's good to get things out in the open sometimes.
That & it didn't occur to me as has been a long time since I was on BL.
Only recently did I resume activity here at a fevered pitch, so my apologies I forgot about PM.

As to top off the health issues I have no human contact other than doctors.
So BL has become a 2nd home of sorts especially this forum.
This & a few others such as Mental Health which is a big change after a long break from BL;
I'm glad to come back to a welcoming community it's much appreciated.
