Skinny, sorry to hear that. Great grandmother, she must have been a ripe old age? Not that that makes her passing any easier, does it, they represent so much as to how we all got here and how they shaped the lives of those who came from them? <3

Boupstarnm, I feel you. Funny how the dog is more important than the ex isn't it as something dependable you can lean on, sure it sucks to be without them too. Chin up fella.
 
Worried, the withdrawals have taken a turn for the better and I'm starting to feel a little bit like my normal self again. I'm worried about how I will cope with depression, pain and anxiety without benzos or opioids.

spent a few hours with my girl and it was fantastic. I'm falling for her...
 
A little worried.. A week later and I'm still pretty sick. I think there is something wrong, but I can't go to the doctor bc I don't have insurance..
 
Oh pip, I can't wait for a day like that. We're smack in the middle of a cold front. Its freezing here.. I'm jealous :D
 
I'm just getting antsy for some hot weather.. A beach,new bikini, hot sun, and a cold drink sound just fabulous right now..
 
^Have you tried body scan meditation for when you're trying to sleep? Here is a youtube vid for it. I'd just play it after you're done getting ready for bed and laying down in the dark and let it lull you into sleep. There's some longer ones you can find too if you need more time.
