spork - Sushi was one of the first things I learned to make when I was a teenager. I love it :D How do you roll it together? Do you use a bamboo mat?
I used to find that if I wrapped it tight enough I could fit it inside a cardboard tube (from gladwrap) and let it harden up in the fridge for an hour before cutting it up. This would keep it in the perfect shape even when removed from the tube.
