It is Herby, but the hell for me is just starting, my supervisor is pregnant and leaving by the end of this month which means our owner will make my life a living hell while I work there.

Anyways I'm in so much pain, I underestimated the ice on my front stairs last night taking out the recycling (ughh it was a heavy recycling bin too!). And needless to say I slipped and fell down on my ass six icy stairs, I'm all bruised up from my tail bone to my neck.

Absolutely! The problem I always have is maintaining those thoughts for more then a few months.

So true, it was 2 months up till Xmas and then I kinda fell off the straight and narrow a little, in the past that would have been a green light to go back to my old ways but this time around I'm trying to avoid that.

@Gr33n3y3z sounds nasty, I slipped on our slopping driveway a while back and bruised the base of my spine. A hot bath is in order...and no excuses
