duno wat to do,detox doesnt have beds for months,mom is becoming broke,dr wont give me benzo,3 hours of sleep a night,shakes and dry heaving. family will be devastated if i have to go back to rehab again for the 10th time
 
Hurting

Legs and knees are fucking killing me!...still. I'm fucking sick of this shit. I'm sick of being in pain all day every day

On the brighter side, I get to see my fiancé and daughter tomorrow.

It's great to hear the positives, too, OG... I hope your pain resolves itself - but kudos to acknowledging that there's something better this way coming!

Yeah, I'm starting to learn how to look on the brighter side of things now. A lot of things lately have been putting me down but I've found the better in most of those situations which has also helped my depression greatly. I have my bad days but I try to find a way turn them around

Your such a positive person OG, I'm guessing you'll read that and not agree, but you always find the positive when you clearly have a number of struggles to deal with.

I hear you on pain, I've had 2 years of daily pain due to a motorbike crash, bit better since they upper my meds but I assume you avoid opiate medication ?

Anyway today I am:-

excited ( a bit ) as I'm taking my scooter out to meet up with other scooter lovin folk, havent done so for ages and have a few decent friends amongst them.

Haha, I sorta feel like a positive person. I know before I started using I was very positive about things.

And yeah I'm gonna avoid any type of opiate meds if there is ever a reason for me to be put on them. The only time I was actually prescribed pain killers was when I had my tonsils taken out. They put me on the 10/325mg(or whatever it is) oxycodone, I used them for the pain but I used them more to to get high cuz this happened around the middle of my addiction. My tonsils were huge, my throat was nearly closed up because of them. One weighed 12 grams and the other was 11 grams. Doc said they were the biggest ones he'd ever taken out haha. But I feel like I may have to have my wisdom teeth taken out at some point. One of them has already grown in cuz I have room. If I have to he them taken out than I'll refuse the opi's and take tramadol if I have to. I'm done with the opiate addiction life, I don't wanna take any chances
 
^ That is freaking huge for tonsils! Haha. Damn. You must've been in some pain. Good for you for wanting to get off the opiates- I wish I had your willpower. I used to have a lot of it but I don't know what happened...

Yeah I was very prone to strep throat. I used to get it every year at least once and the year they took them out I had strep like 6 times I had it like 3 times within a month or so. That was a very painful year.

excited going to see my daughter and fiancé right now
 
Disappointed


I have the most beautiful vivid dreams but I forget most of them by the time I wake up and I've never lucid dreamed. I feel like I'm getting closer to it but I have no idea how to actually make progress and make it happen.
