Anxious
Anxiety attacks all night into this morning. Took a gabapentin, valium, ate breakfast, took a shower, making sure I am hydrated, etc... May go to the gym and do a bunch of cardio and see if I can burn off this anxiety. I have to work tonight and would like to take a nap today at some point so I am not so blah tonight. If that don't work, I will bust out the AM 2233. Motivation is low. Especially to go to the gym.
