cautiously optimistic - things are looking so up right now that i'm expecting everything to turn to shit at any moment, but secretly hoping it doesnt.
 
heartburn :X
Ran out of my reflux meds last night, and I can usually last for 2-3 days before my heartburn returns so I usually have a bit of leeway time to get my next script. But because I'm so damn stressed at the moment, BAM my heartburn is back immediately.
Owwie :(

Today I am.. triumphant! Woke up in the morning, at the right time, after getting the right total number of hours sleep last night (broken up into a nap and bed at 5am, but hey, who cares? Sleep pattern sorted for the first time in months!!
 
Anxious.

Last day of school (college). Here ends the 5.30am wake ups, here begins the intense studying for my exams.

things are FINALLY fuckin falling into place. got health insurance. got into see a doctor, got accepted into the dual diagnosis clinic @ that hospital. goddd, finally gonna get my suboxone and be on the RIGHT dose. and it wont cost me a million dollars now, cause i have insurance. :D all my hard work is actually payin off. im still sober, 6 months. takin care of my mental health....im on lamictal, seroquel, and gabapentin. once i get my subs, a huge weight will be off my shoulders. ive waited so long for this...you guys probably dont understand what a big deal this is for me.
 
^^ thats awesome! there have certainly been a few times in my life where sub would of made a world of difference but I couldn't afford it. i'm glad things are falling into place for you!

Today I am feeling quite accomplished - accomplished more than I have done in about a month so far, haha..
 
Anxious

Anxiety attacks all night into this morning. Took a gabapentin, valium, ate breakfast, took a shower, making sure I am hydrated, etc... May go to the gym and do a bunch of cardio and see if I can burn off this anxiety. I have to work tonight and would like to take a nap today at some point so I am not so blah tonight. If that don't work, I will bust out the AM 2233. Motivation is low. Especially to go to the gym.
 
^ exercise sounds like a great idea aveo, take your mind off things and get those endorphins pumping :) hope things ease up for you soon <3 (nice to see you in here btw!)
 
Better
A vicious cycle to be broken at least a bit. Anxiety leaves me unmotivated.
Went to gym, did some hard cardio. HR was already 130 BPM before I even started exercising o.0

Thanks Effie! What has been your biggest accomplishment today (besides coming in here and making people feel a bit better)? :)
 
^ aww that's really sweet of you :) it was getting my sleep pattern back in order, getting out of my apartment to my doctors appointment, making the bereavement thread I've been meaning to for ages and generally starting to try to look after myself again (eat properly, get fresh air etc..) Sounds like such simple things, but it's a really positive change for me :)

Glad you're feeling a bit better!
