Stable.. finally.
Has a lot to do with nutrition for me. Started actually eating good foods again today (oats, eggs, carrots, fruit, etc) and I guess the transition from starving myself to taking in healthy foods is what I needed. Have wayy more energy, body temp seems to have gone up, and just feel happier today.
For now on no more skipping meals for 2 days at a time. Thats really just idiotic bs on my part.
