today im feeling well.
we got home from our weekend away and cleaned up the house, and our bedroom *sigh*.
whilst we were doing that, we had a pot of vegetables slowly cooking away on the stove <3
not sure where all this energy and motivation is coming from but im really pleased with it :)

Edit: the vegetable soup was AMAZING, I definitely recommend it for a cold night in!!!

I am feeling a lot calmer now. Thank goodness for physics and what not for the ability for cravings to only last a few minutes. When I was in rehab I remember one of the things I learned there that stuck with me, was they told us a real actual craving only lasts a few minutes at most. It's just you and your mind drawing it out. It really is true. You don't want to let it go. I didn't, I can admit. This one was a rough one. I haven't had one that was this strong for a while. But seriously. Thank you <3.

right now im Stoked i run out of internet but im such a good customer i got given a couple hundred mb freee to tide me over till tomorrow.
Also very conflicted but i think thats gonna have to be a thread somewhere else or a PM to someone i can talk to.

Anxious....getting worse to...

been using like a G or more a day for like 8 months...been tapering this week, down to a q or a bit more as of today...but even less for tonight slash tomo...back to bupe...

i never planned to fuck up this bad again, i spent all my money and im fucked now... im kinda ok to the end of the month, so i have to get straight...i have lots of bupe, enough to maintain for years...

im just tired of being sick, hopefully i tapered well and it wont be so bad...lets hope

acdfydgdkskxgdklsdgjdk: if that is an emotion but fuck I am running on e. No sleep for me once again but I'm about to throw on some clothes and meet my friend. Then we will be getting the hell out of the area for a little bit.
 
confused...

no sleep yet... 630 am, thinking ill finish what i got now..... instead of dragging out WD by using tiny amounts....this way i can just sleep, and take my bupe when i wake up...
