bewildered/relieved
can't believe my problem was so simple....in one way at least.
I felt so horribly depressed the past few days, but I now realize it's because I have barely eaten in a week. Especially not CARBS! You know those things that are so hard to get down when you're on stimulants / depressed / manic ? I forced down a bowl of pasta earlier and i feel sooooo much better than I have the past few days. Wow. Can't get over how stupid that was of me. Not to mention I look like a skeleton now : / never going to skip a carb filled breakfast again...
