ATM: Bleugh ok though but tired and eating too much. Fought with my Mother all weekend, I regress around her so much it scares me. Am sick of being dictated to and patronised though, seriously sends me a million steps backward. 8) I Need to maintain better boundries.

Been up for a day, gotta work a 12hr shift, then go to a shrink appt at 9am, then hopefully not sleep too late to get up for work 6hrs later.
