Thanks for the information guys.
I have since found out (through leads from your posts) that yes it was a full on panic attack, which was very unpleasant and I sure as hell don't want anyone to have to go through one.
The nurse did do an EKG while I was in the hospital and may or may not have said it was a panic attack. I was too spaced out and didn't know what was real what was illusional to notice. But even if the nurse did say that, I wouldn't have understood properly anyway because before the event I always thought a panic attack was totally psychological and could be gotten rid of if the mind was strong. Little did I know the physical effects were so strong and the fear just made it worse!
I guess one of the things that triggered it was the bad(ish) set and setting. I have been really stressed out recently, which is one of the main reasons I tried to smoke again having not smoked for so many years. I also had to smoke it in a rush before the girlfriend was coming home in a few hours (nobody knew I had drug use history all these years until I went to hospital and told them), plus I was physically very tired due to lack of sleep.
I have since remembered that stuff I bought was called "super lemon haze skunk", which from looking up on Google seems to be THE DOG'S BOLLOCKS, and probably isn't suitable for a noob like me anyway...
And looking through some of the posts on BL, I do really wish I had some Xanax (which I didn't know anything about). Will go to see a doctor to try and get prescribed to prevent future anxiety disorders
And Southpaw420, to brighten up your day, I want to tell you I just flushed 2 ounces of it down the toilet :D
On the other hand, I live in a near-communist country that has free health care!! So at the time money wasn't even on the back of my mind! By the way this country is called Britain and health care isn't actually free - I pay shit load of money towards National Insurance every month.
Again thanks for all the info guys. I think I learned a lot. Much appreciated. Will be a lot more careful in the future. But for now I will leave the weed alone...
