Horror movie on acid

I think that would give me such a bad trip it would ruin acid for me.
But then again ive never tried in while on LSD, any experiences?
 
I watched a psychological horror movie (May) on a dark-hued and quite strong mescaline trip and loved it - thought the visuals blended in perfectly with the movie scenery.

Is this a knock at someone who would like to watch a horror movie on LSD? I'd say watching a horror movie and first fighting are very different things and it's kind of insulting to be likened to a violent person for enjoying a piece of cinema. B

But if not then no probs :P
 
It's "different strokes for different folks", I guess. Perhaps my example was a little extreme, I didn't mean it as an insult. (I consider pugilism an art form even if it's not a constructive one.)

I know for a fact there are people who wouldn't be able to sit through, say, The Ring if they were full of psychedelics, and would rather run screaming from the theatre to frolic outdoors. Contrariwise I expect there are some people who would have an amazing, intensem thrilling session of becoming one with a movie.
 
So what about watching the last exorcism while on lsd, since horror movies usally scare the fuck outta me lol
 
LSD intensifies sensory stimuli. If you can't sit through a horror movie while sober then I wouldn't expect to make it on acid... especially higher doses. It's entirely possible you will have a flight of fancy and become engrossed in the movie, but many people I know would have trouble concentrating on the screen or would get freaked the fuck out.
 
Unless you're extremely experienced with LSD, I would recommend nothing but pleasant & laid-back experiences under the influence.
 
Why do you want to watch a horror movie on acid if you don't like horror movies? Are you a masochist?

And no, 4-5 months is not experienced.

Lol, no im not a masochist. Idk why i just thought u know, it might make my trip better to have the shit scared outta me....
 
If you have a strong enough mind and enough experience to not let the movie terrify you, horror movies can be really funny on psychedelics.
 
I'm going to watch Tokyo Gore Police on LSD; I've seen it while on ketamine before, but I can't imagen what it'd be like to see it on LSD, but I'm curious. Next week I'll know.

^^^^this. Also, if you do it you should just do it at home where you are comfortable and familiar. I made the eggregious error of going to the theatre years ago with a headful of acid and watching 'Jacob's Ladder.'8o Wigged me the frak out. I didn't lose my shit or anything but that stuff was really stuck in my biscuit for about a day8)

I was tripping 4 tabs with my brother one time and he ended up ditching me at a friend's house (long story) with a head full of acid and no one there knew I was tripping. So, anyway, someone throws on "Seven" (Kevin Spacy is a serial killer, you know the one) and I watched that whole movie while quietly losing my shit. It was pretty fun. Intense, but fun. After that movie someone was like "what's up dude" and I was like "I'M TRIPPING THE FUCK OUT!". It was the first that any of them realized I was out of my head. Good times.
