Several hours ago I took 40mg of MXE then a two hours later I smoked a herbal blend containing AM-2201/AM-694 and I've been having really bad breathing difficulties. I normally get mild oxygen deprivation on the comedown of MXE when taken alone, but when combined with these herbal blends it feels like my throat has swollen up. I also feel like I have loads of trapped air inside me. I am definitely not having a panic attack. My chest feels extremely tight too.

If I stand up or sit down it isn't as bad but if I lie down it's really uncomfortable. I've thrown the herbal blend away.

Take your temperature, pulse and respiration rates or if possible have a close friend do it.

I can almost guarantee you it's just anxiety and/or gas/acid reflux/heartburn for I know of know known reactions between the three drugs other than intense earth-shattering experiences and what you describe is similar to what I used to put myself through mentally on combinations of dxm and marijuana (even had myself to the ER once). :\

But just to be safe have a friend take your vitals.

When was the last time you took a substance? Are you asthmatic or suffer from breathing ailments like COPD?

What is your perception like/ IE: how strong is the experience/dissociation etc...?

That sounds really unpleasant! I hope is has passed now..

If you are at all concerned - especially if you think your throat is closing up - seek some urgent medical attention. It's really hard for us to tell how you are over the internet. Thouart_that makes some excellent points, checking your vitals (if you or a friend know how) is a good plan, but nothing beats getting checked over by a medic, and I wouldn't mess about with any breathing difficulties, even if it is likely to be nothing serious!

There isn't really a question here and there isn't much else we can say except stay safe and seek medical attention if you need it (def a good idea not to try this again too so am glad you've thrown away your smoking blend) so I'm going to close this, but feel free to pm me if you have any queries.. thank you for sharing and I really hope you feel better soon!
