Lets not and just say we did. All I can imagine is shirtless goons, gurning slappers and more diso goo on my shoes than a BP staff party.

To be fair I probably wouldn't want to go to a club that would have me as a member any way.....

Shuffle Club what a gay name. Can picture it being a whole bunch underage idiots having 'shuffling battles' like what was occuring in the rave scene during 2009 when it seemed the fad of every 14-17yr old. Thank god they've gotten over it and the rave scenes turning slightly normal again.

Agreed Another saturday night club other than bubble would be great, and for all you that are not into hardstyle please keep your opionins too yourself. You may not agree with the drugs we use or the music we listen too but we dont go around slandering your psy parties or choicess of drug use either (and for the record from what ive seen i love the psy/doof scene, but also am a raver at heart and always will be)

Hopefully something good will open up, simular to 3D but on sat nights..
 
There's a new trance night (not hardstyle though) at q bars on Sunday.

I honestly don't think there's going to be enough demand for another Sat night hardstyle club in Melb. Even bubble has died in the arse; it's nothing like it used to be and personally I don't think it's the right time to try for a revival of the scene.

The melb rave scene 'back in the day' used to be fucking awesome. Packed everywhere with huge events, everyone munted on mdma and what not, lots of plur. All thats gone.. i miss it so much.

I know it shouldn't bother me that kiddies want to trash themselves silly to truly horrible sounds, but it does.

I'm hoping we get a club like the one where Dino, Frank and Sammy are hanging %)
 
3D isn't too bad for hardstyle/hard trance on Friday nights & Bubble on saturdays, though, as Footscrazy said, it has died in the arse a tad.
There's always internationals headlining at different clubs that cater for that style of music.
 
Was speaking too one of the Digital B thursday night club (monthly) owners, and he said they are highly considerig opening up a saturday nightclub in a warehouse in Melb. He said there goal was too make it like the old days, heaps of UV lights, Lasers, PLUR sort of stuff. Even joked that if you wernt wearing kandii or phatties you wouldn't get in (obviously this wouldn't be the case) Something like this would be awesome, especially considering the return of MDMA into melbourne (or soon for those that havn't been able to get there hands on it). Would keep out the idiots that tend to show up to some of melbournes rave clubs for the wrong reasons. Personly the tunes at digital B are by far the best of any event/club in melb. Old school banging hard NRG and hard trance, Reminds me of Bass Station back when it was at the Palace. A hardtrance warehouse party would be awesome i'd support this as much as possible!

^Heh a few mates and i, who founded the "PHJ" (pure hard juice) movement to thwart PHD way back when thought bout running a hard trance/happy hard warehouse doof at some point in the near future.
