After 30-35 years heroin abuse as well as 25 years of methadone clinics just had it being a slave to the heroin. Checked myself into a detox facility. All is great now, attending group therapy. Only been 4 moths clean and hopes are high. THX

Wow. Four months' clean after thirty five years on heroin sounds impossible to me right now. Well done - keep up the amazing work!

NB: I am not necessarily someone who sees abstinence as the only answer but for some people (myself included) it is the last option.
