honey - cinnemon diet. spicy spicy...

Arround half month my new obsession is with this wonderful dietary and healthy mix - it is like honey and cinnamon diet.


Mix 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon with Add a cup of hot water to the cinnamon, let cool.
Add a full teaspoon of raw, organic honey to the cinnamon/water mixture after it has cooled.
Consume on mornings 1/2 cup 30 min before sleep and 30 min before breakfast.



And, guys, I see, it really works, BUT


DO YOU KNOW DOES CINNAMON ABUSING IN DIETS CAN BE TOO MUCH???


I'm little worried about it, because some says "days dose is 1-3 teaspoons per day".Some says it's even too much.


I use it sometimes like instead of sugar, because it is tasty and sweet and really good do together with jogurt, kefir, cereals, milk and other daily products..


Whats the biggest dose consuming for a day?
Anybody know that????
