homework procrastination

i have waited till the last possible minute to finish an assignment and now i am regretting it. when will i ever learn to do things a little bit at a time?

Where's the fun in that? I had a hard time writing a paper without the "oh my fucking god it's due in 36 hours and I haven't even started researching it yet how will I think of a topic oh god it has to be HOW many words oh god oh god oh god" motivation.

Oddly enough, in my last year I found that a couple bumps of blow helped to get me motivated. Not that I'd do that now, or recommend it to anyone, but at the time that was pretty well all that could get me motivated to do anything but play Warcrack.

My middle name is procrastinate. Srsly.
My timer widget helps me a lot especially when I have to do my work online. I work continously for an hour than take a short break. Within that hour, I cannot do anything else but work.
If I didnt have this method, I would NEVER get anything done.

i have a similar method, but there was nothing that was going to motivate me to do my assignments. i think i am better off retaking the class when i actually feel like putting effort in.

Good call. Sometimes it just isn't worth trying to force it, especially if you don't absolutely have to.
