Just go to your local pharmacy and ask for a package of insulin syringes. Or buy them online. Don't bother making your own syringe. There are too many risks involves, especially sepsis and the development of an infection.

Right on. They are available through many sites online, and OTC via pharmacies (depending on your state/county laws, of course).

Please don't hurt yourself trying this my friend, it is absolutely not worth it.
