Benzos homemade liquid xanax

My friends always crush up their xanax and put the fine powder in 7 up or mountain dew or whatever, almost like a homemade lean/homemade xanax drink.
i know that you can just put xanax in any drink and drink it and you will feel the effects, but are there certain solutions that would absorb the alprazolam the best? I want to be use the solvent that can absorb the most alprazolam with the smallest amount of liquid. thanks

Not water thats for sure. I know its soluble in alcohol:
