Home made lowering pulse on speed

So is there any good way to lower you're pulse, got 100 bpm ATM, don't have any benzos or propanolol. Any ideas?

Asprin is used when people are having a heartattack. They are safe enough to take while on speed. You can also use Xanax. BUT...it is not safe to take on speed because it confuses your heart on whether to slow or stop because it is so strong and fast acting. I've known many people that died this way. However. It can be used responsibly. I have to use it because I have anxiety attacks and can't control control my heart on speed. But I take a very small amount. Will take another small amount later once it's in my system. I will take .25 at a time. Never more than .50 if it's really really bad. I use this when needed during the first 5 to 8 hours after use. Pretty much while your still gettin off good.
