Hello,

Currently, I feel terribly sick. For the pass few weeks I have been having terrible "internal heat" in my face. Not sure as to what it is from, but I feel horrible. My stomach is a pain and I feel extremely nauseous. Sometimes I get the watery mouth but nothing happens. I can't take it anymore.

I've tried the salt water/dry mustard thing a while ago and it didn't work and my throat does not have gag reflex :(.

Any other ideas?

PS. No, this has nothing to do with an eating disorder. I seriously just don't feel good and I have a physical appointment this weekend, so I don't want to go to my doctor twice (that would just be silly).

Sorry in advance if this isn't the correct section to post.

If you've been feeling terrible for weeks, why didn't you go to the doctor some time ago?

What makes you think throwing up will make you feel better? Are you doing anything that maintains or improves your health-- such as eating healthily, exercising, mental stimulation?

Throwing up will only make you feel better in the (very) short term, if anything.

If your nausea is due to drugs, the sure-fire answer is to cut back on whatever drugs you're using.

I'm with Changed here, probably best to see a medical professional since this is a chronic issue, not an acute one.

Yes, even if you visit your doctor a day before your exam I still would advise you to seek medical attention promptly.

There are many things that can happen to the body, but the body has a limited number of ways to communicate these ailments to you. The flushing is a symptom of many ailments as well as supplement side effects.

The best way to obtain a grasp on what's going on is to seek a medical professional (as suggested by those who posted above).
