Holy shit please help me!! DXM problems

Well 2 days ago I had 250mg of DXM and right now I feel horrible. Last night I went to bed at 10 or 11 and slept till 2 in the afternoon. I had extreme exhaustion this morning and could barley get out of bed.

Right now my head is cloudier then it has ever been. I feel really stupid and have trouble righting this as we speak. I feel extremely neutral and empty and horrible. I can't even think right like I don't remember things well. My head is so damn cloudy! I know I had very little DXM but is it possible it effected my brain worse then most people.

I'm never using this stuff again FUCK. Sorry for all the swearing but I'm not right right now.

Any help would be appreciated and suggestions would be appreciated.

It sounds like you have a CYP2D6 liver enzyme deficiency if you are noticing negative effects persisting for days off of such a low dose of dxm. However, it is also possible that this is an interaction with medications, including MAOIs, SSRIs, SNRIs, etc. Are you on any medication?

Yes I am on:
Wellbutrin Sr 250mg
Abilify 2mg
and Focalin 15mg

Stupid to do Dxm on these I know I think I read somewhere wellbutrin can block the enzymes for dxm

I'm going to go ahead and close this as Apostacious gave you the best advice probably anyone can: Give yourself a week, drink lots of fluids, eat well, and exercise.
