Holiday Benzo Question help asap please

Hey guys, to deal with the stress of christmas celebrations and introducing my new gf to my parents i took 2 mg of clonazepam. However I now feel kind of dopey.

Was this dosage too much. I just hope I don't seem to out of it in front of my family, trying to maintain a even state of mind.

Would 1.5 mg have been better?

Hope I can manage the social affairs to follow.

Are you used to Benzos? If not and you feel dopey as you said then it was probably high for you. Drink some coffee or have an energy drink to combat the sleepy feeling.

I usually take 1.5 mg six times a month, the odd time 2 mg. Today I decided 2 mg but i think it hit me harder cause I didn't eat anything.

Or because you felt like it hit you to hard which gave you more anxiety and made it worse. like getting to high and trippin out. just chill, you'll be ok.
