Hi everyone! My name is Seewuh and I am a baker from the west coast of Canada. I found this forum while googling for some answers for stuff, and it seemed like a community I might like to actually interact with, rather than just silently reaping the knowledge you've kindly imparted on the internet.
Being Canadian, I had to do the polite thing and introduce myself, even though I know threads like this can be annoying to some. At least I posted it in the right place! It's easier to ignore, here.
