Hobbies?..i hate everything

Do you have any interests at all?
Are you creative? Like outdoors? There's countless things to occupy time: hard for people to give you any suggestions without any background on yah.

And if it doesn't turn out you can scrape it off and cook it. Just make sure to remove the glue first.

OP, If you hate everything, you're issue sounds a little deeper than simply needing to find a hobby.

It may be more beneficial to spend some time figuring out why you have so much trouble enjoying things.
 
Well...art is a great hobby.

The best thing about art is that it can look however the hell you want it to. You can use any materials and mediums you want to.

There is no "right" or "wrong" way to create a piece of art!

Get the "should's" outta your head..."It SHOULD look like this or that..." and you'll have a BLAST.

Art can.be drawn, painted, photographed, etc etc....it can be a combination of methods. It can be sculpted, created out of "trash" or scraps of things. Any. Thing. You. Want! :-)

Creativity in general is a fantastic pastime. Playing guitar, writing poems/articles/stories/research papers, finding a sturdy old piece of furniture at a thrift or yard sale and loving it back to life with sandpaper/primer/paint etc...anything that gets your creative juices flowing.

Art is incredible...it occupies time and prevents boredom. It gives you an outlet for your emotions - can't express how you feel in words? Create some art that expresses how you feel, whether literally or symbolically. Once completed, you feel a sense of pride, accomplishment...you feel GOOD.

What's your creative history? Ever get into it?

Never ever EVER too late to start, and skill level doesn't matter.

You should start doing exercise and make yourself being fit and healthy your goal. You can also do Yoga exercise, meditation and deep breathing exercises and It will help you to be strong both physically and emotionally.
