Getting 4 30 mg roxys should I take 2 first then the other 2 separate? How would you do it? (Insulfating)
 
Nope. First I’m assuming by your question you have no tolerance. 10-20mg is a starting dose for someone with zero tolerance. My first time I did 40mg and highly regretted it, actually that kept me away from opiates for a few years so maybe it was a good thing.

Next you gotta know many fake oxy presses out there these days that contain fentanyl. Just one can kill you.

I’d start with a quarter (7.5mg) and work up from there...
