Guys I really need your help I live in Central America, I met some Colombians who are really cool becuase they hook me up with H4 Powder all the time. Lead less to withdraws are horrible the guy gave me some tar. I can't snort this shit. This is base heroin right so i have to add water until its is even able to absorb to anything right. My connect knows nothing about it. He tells me to smoke it but i have before and it does nothing. The only thing that has ever work is:

Pinching some out putting it in a spoon adding water, then barley warming it up enough so it expands a bit so i can draw it up in a syringe and let it drip up my nose while tilting my head back.

It fucking works but i want to know is there other ways of administration without Intravenously injecting myself. I mean can i do IM or Subcutaneous would be better or.. what also

I am going back to USA for Suboxone becuase i have 8 years of opioids and opiate use that just seriously tired of . I have used all from Fent, MsCot, Oxy, Hydrocodone, and codeine and now after 29 years of age got a hold of H4 east coast heroin that comes up from panama.

Codeine is over the counter here no script so if i am really kicking i can go do that, actually i used to use a gram a day of T3's Codeine Phosphate 30/500 APAP and was using way to much Tylenol where i could burn a hole in my liver. really if my dose was 5 - 6 T3's that's 500mgs of Acetaminophen 6 x 5 = 3000mgs.. and i was doing that 4 times a day... so the H4 awesome powder was helping me kick that addiction but went on to bigger better diamorphine where i'd got to .25 (1/4 quarter Gram ) daily usage which i can kind of pat on a hand on my back about that. Its a fucking expensive habit and my wife is straight edge. I don't want her to see me kick and shit so this is why I have 1 more month until i go to USA, California to find a f'n doctor to hook me up with some buprenorphine ;)

out of this plugging it, IM, Shooting water up my nose, what ???????? Faaaaaaaaawkk help me

Plugging it would be another option. Search for that term if you are not familiar with it. IM/SC is horrible since you can easily get an abscess. I'm really not sure what it is you got there. Colombians have the powder dope that goes to the east coast USA, and tar comes from Mexico, so no clue. Also, if it is a base, it wouldn't dissolve in water.

Are you familiar with Cold Water Extractions (CWE) ? It is a process by which you remove most of the apap (tylenol) from the other drug that they are compounded with, in your case, codeine.
 
Actually , looking at that pic, that is not tar in its true form. That is likely tar cut with lactose, which would be considered powder . It is probably made from tar, since the color is dark . It may or may not be very good. Iv'e never plugged anything, but have had friends that shot it up their noses, and they all enjoyed it that way . IM will get you the highest amount of the drug into your bloodstream, but you will not get the rush like you would from IV(again I've never plugged) .

^ This! CWE is essential if having more than 3 or 4g of APAP in 24 hours, and I'd not be comfortable having more than 2g absolute max (1g really) in a single dose.. It's pretty simple and effective :)

Plugging is a great ROA - bioavailability is usually high, as your rectum has a rich blood supply and it bypasses the liver preventing first pass metabolism.

The nasal thing is working right now very well because i can't afford to be out and CWE or w/o CWE Codeine Phos I know allot about remember having the diamorphine in my system the only thing that works best is plugging Codeine with lots of APAP in my rectum because otherwise i'll get sick of taking 12 - 15 pills in the whole day orally.

Since i have OTC codeine in costa rica, its simple to say that i have done as far as everything with it... only if i can get my hands on some MScotin but Money is an issue, and my connect just gave me these g's of tar sooo its was like a good deal.. i haven't had any w/d at all yet and i trying to make the rest last as much as possible maybe until thursday... who knows until this H4 gets in, i really can't wait..

ok i.m back do you see this, shit well i have a question do i just add water or also warm it up a little because have been using it through my nostril and also can i use this type of tar sublingual ???

Sublingual tar heroin sounds horrible. I have no idea about the s/l bioavailability, no one's ever asked me that before! You'd probably end up with a lot of it dissolved in your saliva and being swallowed.. not entirely sure what else you are asking, sorry!

Good chart, looks pretty comprehensive. Not got time to cross-reference it for accuracy though I'm afraid (they say it has been researched a much as possible but there aren't any sources..)
 
Sublingual use of heroin is lower than the other ROAs, so I would stick to sniffing it.

You don't need to heat heroin, although I have heard that tar heroin needs some heat. Generally I would not advise this, but since you would be sniffing it I don't seeing it being nearly as much of an issue then if you were IVing it.
 
Have you tried chasing it off foil? Read you tried smoking it, just making sure you didn't just chuck it in some tobacco and roll it up :P
 
^ I don't think it's as easy to smoke black tar as the heroin freebase we get in the UK.. still possible (i think?) but it's not designed for it like the UK/European H is.. it is the safest ROA though, as far as overdose risk goes, as you can titrate it so accurately :)
 
If i've learned anything over the years, its that if you try hard enough, that you can smoke anything.
