From what you've said, it sounds like he has syphilis so get so IM penicillin fast as well--if they will give you any.
And don't forget about the host of hepatitis strains going around. There's not a lot you can do about them at this point.

but i infected with HEP C.

Well it most definitely should be....Learn from the mistake you made and don't ever share your needles again....even if that's what everyone else is doing 8) I hope you didn't contract anything, but you need to think a little more. You see this guy has lesions all over him and you continue to share his needle? Also, just because he's asking you if you have any diseases DOES NOT mean that he's asking you that because he is in fact disease free.

Living in the middle east should mean you have a good chance of clearing the Hep C with a course of pegylated interferon and ribivarin. Has this been offered?

yeah i know i was a moron that not helps me if i could see me from a year ago i would kick the ass out of me lol
my hp c is dormant & there is a fully curing treatment for hep c which not like aids. other thing that make me cope with it is that 90% of ppl who iv heroin here (and many friends of mine) also deal with it so it makes it easir to cope with ya know...
& i don't think it's funny i just prefer to not take it so serious with knowing there is a cure (i don't even need treatment in this point) than to freak out...
& you ppl sure if i did a HIV test 5 months after the possible exposion the test is 100% reliable? well i don't think i got it hep c is inuff for my poor soul to get by 1 single shot.

anyway i've been clean of heroin for almost 9 months (and from all substances for 6 months, 16 days) now & grateful to God for that.

Sorry to hear about your situation dude. Might I ask, how did you guys go about "washing the syringe" before you reused it?

I'm not encouraging anyone to ever share needles, but for anyone out there who may become so desperate (and we know it happens, if it didn't we wouldn't have this problem) always rinse the rig thoroughly with industrial bleach.

Again, this does NOT guarantee that you'll be safe from any sort of infection, so do the smart and sensible thing and obtain an unused rig.
