Hitting different serotonin receptors each time

Mal or Methallylescaline likely acts as a 5-HT2A partial agonist.

6-APB is a potent full agonist of the serotonin 5-HT2B receptor (Ki = 3.7 nM)[4], with higher affinity for this target than any other site

5-MAPB is a triple reuptake inhibitor for the monoamines norepinephrine, dopamine and serotonin as well as being an agonist for the 5-HT2A and 5-HT2B receptors.

These three are what is in stash. Wouldn't it make sense, especially if dosing more frequently, two weeks apart. Example, 5 mapbs 20 mgs , two weeks later Mal 12 mgs. Say, you want to dose again, two weeks after Mal. Since, Mal hits 5-ht2a, and 5 mapb effects 5-ht2a and 5-ht2b, and two before before Mal, 5 mapb, hit the 5-HT2A and 5-HT2B receptors., wouldn't it make sense to hit 5-ht2b ? and this would not burn out receptors as fast or is this nonesense, and any excess take substance that raises serotonin , if abused, can cause more side effects?

5HT2B doesn't seem to be a sweet spot at all. Just because 6-APB hits it hard, that isn't necessarily a feature. I wouldn't bother trying to maximize activation of that receptor. I would treat 6-APB as similar to 5-MAPB and space them accordingly. The important thing about them both is monoamine release and reuptake inhibition. Serotonin primarily of course.

I wouldn't take a psychedelic within mere days of taking an entactogen, but i don't really consider them to be on the same timer. They're also not very dangerous for the most part. What you need to worry about a lot more is the Xx-APB.

Every 2 weeks is rather often to be doing any of these kinds of drugs i think. Spacing them farther apart than that makes sense to me regardless of rationale. That's my recommendation. Entactogen type drugs are heavy on the body and mind. Psychedelics are not as dangerous, but i don't think dosing them very often brings any benefit either.

I honestly think your thread expresses some wishful thinking and over-analysis. Also i think it expresses sufficient intelligence to be making sensible decisions and enjoying these drugs responsibly and effectively.

I forgot to mention, if you see any of my posts on harm reduction on here I've always said no matter re than 3-4 times a year max for entacogen or psychedelic s and spaced three months apart as a general rule of thumb.

Month ago I did 5 mapb 20 mgs which is a low dose. Two weeks later did Mal at 12 mgs another threshold low dose. It's been two weeks and thinking either 25 mgs 6 apb, which is very low, or combined it with mal or combined 5 mapb with mal, all low dosed , sound like 6 apb has potential for most sides? or just choose solo.

Thought if I gave ht2a a break it might work better than hitting it more often. Could be totally wrong . Got the idea from different cannabis strains of smoking frequently say four times a week, a different strain from the last will help tolerance and work better. But this is way different.
